Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Aromas. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipment of products purchased via our website.

We use Shiprocket, a trusted third-party logistics provider, to manage our deliveries across India.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day. In the event of high order volume or unforeseen delays, processing may take longer. You will be informed via email or SMS in such cases.

2. Shipping Carriers & Delivery Timeline

Shipments are handled by Shiprocket, which selects the most efficient delivery partner from its network based on your delivery location.

Once shipped, deliveries usually take 2–7 business days, depending on your location. In rare cases, external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or incorrect address information may affect delivery times.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are applied based on your order value:

  • ₹50 for orders up to ₹1,000

  • ₹100 for orders above ₹1,000

An additional ₹50 will be charged for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, regardless of order value. 

These charges cover packaging, handling, and delivery through our third-party logistics partner.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment in real time via Shiprocket.

5. Delivery Issues or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and product.

  2. Contact us at+91 9855119700 or queries@aromaswellness.in within 24 hours of receiving the package.

We will coordinate with Shiprocket to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to weather, logistical challenges, or incorrect address information. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping (additional charges may apply).
