1. Return Window

We accept return requests within 7 days of the order delivery date. Returns requested after this window will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Before initiating a return or exchange, we highly recommend reaching out to our support team. Many concerns arise due to incorrect usage or misunderstanding of the product, and we’re happy to guide you on proper use, care, or installation.

This step helps prevent unnecessary returns and ensures you're getting the best possible experience from your purchase.

3. Conditions for Return, Refund, or Exchange

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must:

  • Be in clean, unused, and pristine condition

  • Have no visible damage, marks, or dirt

  • Be returned with its original packaging 

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected.

4. Refunds

  • All refunds are subject to prior approval by our support team.

  • A ₹150 deduction will be made from the refund amount to cover return shipping and handling.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability and prior approval.

  • You must return the original item in perfect condition.

  • If the requested replacement is not available, we will offer an alternative item or a refund.

  • Shipping charges may apply in certain cases.

To request an exchange, contact us with your order number and preferred replacement item.
